An energy-efficient appliance rebate program, called Mass Save Great Appliance Exchange, will begin April 22, marking the 40th anniversary of Earth Day, according to an announcement from Ian Bowles, the commonwealth’s Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) Secretary.
